In 2011, I finished my doctoral thesis at the LaBRI (Laboratoire Bordelais de Recherche en Informatique), University of Bordeaux 1, in bioinformatics which was under the supervision of Pascal Ferraro. Before that I did my master thesis at Université Paris-XI at Orsay.

I am a member of the team MABioVis (models and algorithms for bioinformatics and information visualisation), theme algorithms for biological structures analysis. I am also a member of the working group COMATEGE (combinatorics on words, text and genome algorithms) in the GDR IM (research group from the French national centre for scientific research on computer science and mathematics).
