Combinatorics on Word.

Exploring combinatorial, arithmetical and geometrical aspects of infinite discrete sequences of letters.
Focusing on their Lyndon factors as revelators of deeper combinatorial properties.

I got a PhD in Combinatorial Mathematics to start with, focusing on words (or sequences, finite or infinite, of symbols of a given « alphabet »). I contributed to the study of Lyndon words and factorization of sequences. I still have problems I plan to look at with colleagues.

I now spend most of my time working on information visualization issues, mainly on graph related data or application domains.
