A Sunday afternoon watching robots and innovations everywhere? I had the pleasure of being invited to be a jury member at the Hack1Robo organized by INRIA Bordeaux South West.
From Friday evening to Sunday 3 PM, participants tested ideas, implemented solutions, often at the interface of AI and the real world (sometimes with real robots). Once again, it was an opportunity to see that transitioning to the real world (via robots) is often the tricky part. I was really impressed by the quality of the proposed solutions and the desire to innovate (in a cheerful atmosphere).
This year, the stars were the LLMs. Many solutions were based on them and the facilitated interactions they offer with the user.
My notes during the presentations
Congratulations to the whole team for organizing this event!
