As part of a series of meetings and conferences organized by France Travail (with more than 400 visitors in total), at the premises of Bordeaux Métropole, I had the pleasure, along with Jérôme Toscano, chief data officer of the Pichet Group, to present what AI is in the context of training (what it is, how to train for it, what impacts on training?). On his side, Jérôme Toscano was able to present concrete applications of AI within his company that have been implemented for a few years, such as tools that optimize and personalize repetitive tasks (for example, in the context of data analysis).
He also emphasized the issues of confidentiality of company information, ensuring that it is not exposed or integrated into other external AI systems. A pragmatic and secure approach to AI to which, of course, I fully adhere.
We had more than 120 people at this conference, as well as many questions, sometimes profound, about AI.
This kind of public conference is one of the actions of the Trustworthy AI Chair: to improve the public’s knowledge of AI but also to raise awareness of the upcoming changes in skills.
