The institutional diploma “Experts in AI” has just been established, right after the AI summit in Paris (ahead of schedule!). This program was proposed thanks to the impetus of the Trustworthy AI Chair that I have the pleasure to lead, with the support of the Bordeaux University Foundation and all the chair’s sponsors. The school thus marks a new chapter in the education offered to professionals, granting them a diploma from ENSEIRB-MATMECA.

This program is demanding and is structured over an extended period: it covers both the fundamentals of AI and the latest advancements, instilling in trainees the understanding that the field is rapidly evolving and that AI is here to stay. The program encompasses 144 hours of lectures and practical sessions delivered by specialists, both professionals and academics, split into periods of 3 consecutive days each month. The courses will cover LLM, of course, but more importantly, all that AI has already brought, its limits, biases, applications, methods, and everything this burgeoning tool can offer. Feel free to visit the official DE page.

Everyone is ready to work

What a pleasure to take part in this first week of training with Sonia Tatbi. Relevant questions, active and demanding listening. A willingness to implement and understand. Exhausting but incredibly enriching 8-hour days. Congratulations to all the trainees!
