Short bio

I am full professor 👨🏻‍🏫 of computer-science at the Enseirb-Matmeca french engineering school and researcher 👨🏻‍🔬 at the LaBRI laboratory, in the Systems and Data department. These two institutes are located in the beautiful city of Bordeaux. Since 2020, I have been appointed as a junior member of the Institut Universitaire de France. I obtained my habilitation in 2015 at the Université de Bordeaux, my Ph.D. at the Université Montpellier 2, and my MSc. in the french engineering school IMT Mines Alès. I have also worked at the INRIA Lille / RMoD group as a post-doctoral researcher. For more information, check out my resume.

Research interests

My research domain is Software Engineering. My work focuses on studying software evolution and crafting tools to help developers who evolve software systems. I have extensively worked on finding better ways to understand how a software system has changed. If you are interested in that topic, you can check out our tools GumTree or Roseau.

Teaching
