The Claude Berthault Prize was awarded to Vincent Delecroix on Tuesday, November 25, in Paris.
This prize from the French Academy of Sciences was presented to him in the majestic setting of the dome of the Institut de France (Paris 6th arrondissement).
Thanks to the generosity of private donors, government agencies, and businesses, the Academy of Sciences awards nearly 80 prizes each year covering all scientific fields, both fundamental and applied. Many outstanding candidates are considered for these prizes. They are selected by juries operating under rules that exclude the possibility of conflicts of interest. All these prizes are awarded to the winners during formal ceremonies held under the dome of the Institut de France.
You can find all the winners, including the page dedicated to Vincent (page 36), in the brochure attached to this announcement.
