- Description
- The objective of the project is to facilitate access to numerous tools developed by the systems biology community around the qualitative modeling of biological networks, and to facilitate the writing and sharing of computer analyses.
The principle is to propose a pre-installed and fixed software environment, with a unified interface to call the different tools and export the analyses and their results. It is then possible to re-execute the analysis later, with exactly the same software environment.
To date, the CoLoMoTo environment provides access to 19 software packages for modeling, simulation, verification, synthesis, and control of Boolean networks and multi-valued networks.
