ANR Quantum meeting

The ANR QuDATA (Quantum Algorithms for Massive Data) workshop on quantum computing is currently taking place at the LaBRI.
Made up of permanent members from the IRIF, the LaBRI and Bull/ATOS, this workshop is part of the ANR "Call for generic projects 2018" programme.

Quantum information aims to bring about a revolution in information technology, in the form of a large-scale network of classical and quantum devices capable of communicating and processing massive quantities of data efficiently and securely. Our aim is a comprehensive analysis of the potential of quantum computing in this context. The aims of our project are to provide quantum applications for machine learning, to design quantum algorithms for models with restricted access to data, to design software suites for programming such applications, to use our high-performance computing platforms to simulate behaviour on real data sets, and to optimise the resources of these algorithms. Our ambition is to bring quantum information protocols closer to commercialisation and to create a new platform for potential disruptive technologies through the synergy of quantum mechanics and information sciences.
